Courtyard by Marriott, St Charles (2 miles) CAMPING If sufficient demand, 20 camper hook up spaces will be available for $350 for the week. Only 30 amp hookups will be available. Bring your own 50’ extension cord whips. Reservations must be made by July 1. To reserve, contact Debbie at dgarris@core.com. You will be assigned a numbered camper spot. Camper numbers will not be assigned until receipt of check has been confirmed by the event secretary. There will also be an area at Lamplight for 40 on site camper spots without hook ups at a cost of $100 for the week. Submit a separate check for camper reservations along with your entry to the event secretary. The submission of a check will hold your reservation only if Debbie has been contacted and your space reserved. In case of inclement weather, off-site trailer parking will be required for those without camper or on-site spaces.
